Front Desk Admin – IL

Are you a people person who likes to start the day with a smile? As a front desk admin you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
  • Provide service at reception desk and administrative assistance 
  • Organize meeting rooms and company events
  • Order office and food supplies
  • Assume responsibility over office maintenance and the cleaning company
  • Assist in company projects
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in admin positions
  • Excellent command of office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and use of the web
  • Representative, service-oriented, strong social skills, ability to work in a team
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, balance a complex workload, work under pressure, and be adaptive and flexible to frequently changing business needs
  • Focus and attention to details
  • Strong command of the English language (written and oral)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Academic degree
  • Experience working in an high-tech/global organization
  • Being introduced by an AppsFlyer employee
