Sales Operations Manager

We are looking for a talented Sales Ops with strong operational and analytical experience. The role will be highly cross-functional, working closely with Sales, Finance and Marketing to enable our Sales Operations Team to continue to make effective, analytically driven and strategic operating decisions. The position includes building and enhancing systems and processes, assisting with distributing and tracking sales compensation plans and uncovering key insights to continue to drive revenue growth and maximize efficiency in our sales processes.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Sales Teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes
  • Ongoing review and analysis of performance and metric reports, measured against KPIs and Sales Plan
  • Build insightful reports and dashboards on Sales Pipeline, with data-driven insights
  • Evaluate the current sales processes and provide recommendations and actions based on strategic objectives, forecast and performance metrics
  • Enforce sales processes to ensure optimal sales execution and results
  • Maintain and improve data integrity
  • Provide training to Sales Teams on new sales techniques, tools and process changes
  • Provide assistance with sales incentive compensation administration
  • Work with Marketing, Finance and Customer Success teams to align on goals and mutual projects
  • Deliver accurate and on-time analyses, reports and ad-hoc requests for sales leadership
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales Operations role, preferably at a SaaS Company
  • Superior analytical skills, with the ability to combine disparate data sets and find data-driven insights
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and decision-making skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of CRM system, preferably Salesforce
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliverables under tight deadlines
  • Ability to drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
  • Expertise in all phases of the sales and business development lifecycle
  • Native in English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
