Introduction:

AppsFlyer is committed to upholding the principles of the EU-US and Swiss-EU Privacy Shield Frameworks, as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal data transferred from the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and Switzerland to the United States. AppsFlyer, Inc. has certified that it adheres to the Privacy Shield principles of notice, choice, accountability and liability for onward transfer, security, data integrity and purpose limitation, access, recourse, enforcement and liability. If there is any conflict between the provisions of this Privacy Shield and the Privacy Shield principles, the Privacy Shield principles shall govern with respect to personal data of persons residing in the EU and/or Switzerland (as applicable).

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has jurisdiction over AppsFlyer, Inc.’s compliance with Privacy Shield.

We are committed to attempt to resolve privacy complaints under the EU-US and Swiss-EU Privacy Shield principles.

If your complaint was not addressed satisfactorily, you have the choice to contact our US-based third party dispute resolution provider, free of charge, at https://feedback-form.truste.com/watchdog/request .

Under certain conditions, you may invoke binding arbitration when other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted.

Individual Rights:

The AppsFlyer Website Privacy Policy and Service Privacy Policy describe AppsFlyer’s privacy practices, including, with respect to an individuals right to access, delete, and update information. To exercise any such individual rights or for any questions and information regarding such rights please refer to the applicable privacy policy or contact privacy@appsflyer.com.

Onward Transfers:

Where AppsFlyer utilizes a third party to receive a service that includes processing personal information obtained in reliance on the Privacy Shield then, unless AppsFlyer can prove otherwise, AppsFlyer will remain potentially liable for any violation by such third party of the Privacy Shield Principles.
