Conversion studio: SKAN 4.0 Conversion Value decrease

In SKAN 4 mode, you now have the ability to increase or decrease the conversion value (CV). By default, CV is set to increase. By enabling conversion values to decrease, the postback will contain the latest value in the window when sending negative revenue, even if it was higher before. This capability is relevant for fine and coarse conversion values across all three windows.
