FAQ on Updated Terms 2023
We are making some changes to AppsFlyer’s legal terms. We have created a new and improved Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) to govern the provision of our services, which will replace our current online Terms of Use. In addition, we have updated our Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”, and together with the MSA, the “Updated Terms”). The main purpose of the update is to provide more clarity on each party’s obligations and rights in connection with the use of the AppsFlyer services. The changes also address new features and functionalities of the service. We have done our best to improve readability and to make the Updated Terms easier to understand.
The following is a short summary explaining the changes as well as who the Updated Terms apply to and when they take effect. You are urged to review the below and the Updated Terms that apply to you.
Who does this apply to?
The Updated Terms applies to customers who have registered to the service through the automated online registration process or that have an Order Form or similar ordering document that references a version of the AppsFlyer Online Terms and online DPA. For such customers, no action is required, and the Updated Terms will automatically apply to you as of May 3, 2023.
It does not automatically apply to any customers that have executed a separate and dedicated service agreement, master agreement or DPA with AppsFlyer.
Nevertheless, if you have executed a different DPA with AppsFlyer and you are interested in updating your DPA accordingly, please click here, sign the DPA and send it to legal@appsflyer.com.
When will the changes take effect?
The Updated Terms will take effect as follows:
- Existing Customers – upon the earlier of renewal of your subscription or May 3, 2023. If you continue to use the services following your renewal or following such May 3, 2023 you will be deemed to have accepted the Updated Terms.
