Protect360: Validation Rules Tagged Mode

Validation Rules now support Tagged mode, a test-before-you-block workflow that flags matching install and in-app event traffic for analysis only, without affecting attribution. Tagged data is available in Data Locker and Raw Data Export with Rule Name and Rule ID.
