AppsFlyer Opens New Office in Berlin Amid Remarkable Growth in DACH region
Hires former Fyber executive to grow the company’s presence throughout DACH and Europe, tap into the region’s top technology talent
AppsFlyer, a leading mobile marketing attribution analytics company, announced today that it is expanding its European footprint with the opening of its new DACH regional office in Berlin. The company also announced that it has hired Ben Jeger as Managing Director for Germany and the DACH region. Mr. Jeger was previously the Senior Director of Client Services, EMEA, for Fyber, a leading mobile advertising technology company.
The new Berlin office joins AppsFlyer’s other locations in Tel Aviv, Bangkok, Beijing, Seoul, Tokyo, Bangalore, San Francisco, New York and London to give AppsFlyer ten offices worldwide. The expansion comes during a time of extreme growth for the company, which measured more than $4 billion in media ad spend during 2015, grew from 40 to 150 employees, and measures 200 billion mobile events every month.
With prominent clients like Trivago and others already utilizing AppsFlyer to measure and optimize their mobile campaigns, data-driven marketers in the DACH region continue adopting the latest technological tools and analytics to enhance their marketing and advertising efforts — and the region’s mobile gaming, travel, media, utilities, entertainment and other industries are poised to grow at an exponential rate.
“We have seen tremendous growth in DACH and throughout Europe, as time spent in mobile apps overtakes all other forms of media, and marketers continue to shift their focus to mobile marketing activities,” said Oren Kaniel, founder and CEO of AppsFlyer. “Although we already have a strong client base in Germany and throughout DACH, the region was essentially calling us to establish a more permanent presence as we continue attracting some of the best technology talent in the world, and to also put ourselves in better position to offer the top-notch client services that our customers have come to expect.”
“AppsFlyer has a tremendously positive reputation in the industry, and it is an honor to lead the company’s growth in Germany and parts of Europe,” said Ben Jeger, AppsFlyer’s new Managing Director, DACH. “AppsFlyer offers bar none the best platform in the world for empowering mobile marketers, and their recent growth is just a sign of things to come.”
AppsFlyer is quickly establishing a team in its Berlin office that will enhance support for the numerous advertisers, brands, agencies and partners in the region, with personnel offering everything from customer success to engineering support.
